Marc-Alexandre Moisan roule seul en pleine nuit d’été. Il perd le contrôle de son véhicule et a un grave accident. Il se retrouve inconscient, entre la vie et la mort, à l’urgence de l’hôpital de Granby. C’est à ce moment que son entourage fait face à la réalité connue depuis peu : Marc-Alexandre mène une double vie familiale et conjugale à l’insu de tous.
